Two months after the initial emails were sent “Bifurcation on the road” to federal employees of the entire government, numerous agencies have begun to implement independent programs of specific deferred resignation of the agency, separated from the effort directed in lawyer that caused judicial challenges and outrage of critics, according to electronic emails and sources with knowledge of the plans.

Last week, the Department of Defense announced its own DRP, offering civil employees the opportunity to resign with full wages and benefits until September 30.
In recent days, other agencies have begun to offer similar programs, including the Department of Energy, the General Services Administration, the Administration of small businesses, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, according to the internal emails reviewed by ABC News.
A letter to HUD employees announced its program this week, calling it “DPR 2”, acknowledged that employees were skeptics of the “validity” of the initial deployment of the deferred renunciation program given during the budget negotiations of the Congress, which prevented some from participating.
The agencies are establishing different deadlines to accept the offers: the Department of Transportation establishes a deadline of midnight on April 7, HUD is giving employees until April 11 and GSA is giving employees until April 18.
