An earthquake of magnitude 5.2 shook southern California on Monday, according to the United States geological service.
The earthquake focused on San Diego County, but felt as north as Los Angeles.
No injuries or damage have been reported, according to Cal Fire San Diego.

“He felt someone was shaking the floor from under me,” said Laura Acevedo, a reporter from San Diego Abc Affiliate Kgtvthat was in the writing room when he hit the earthquake.
“It all started to shake … desks trembling, television screens,” he told ABC News.
Acevedo, who grew up in Los Angeles, said: “This was one of the two worst I have felt.”
On Sunday afternoon of a magnitude of 3.3, Sismologist Dr. Lucy Jones said, and the earthquake on Monday morning was followed by several replicas in the magnitude range 2 and 3.
Extreme damage is not expected, Jones said. The damage is possible for old buildings or buildings with poor foundations, he said.
The building “shook for a long time,” said Greg Allen, a Washington resident visiting San Diego.
“Everything moved, the blinds and everything,” he told ABC News. “Then we listen to people to lower the stairs. And as we are from outside the city, we think we should probably leave the building too.”
The governor of California, Gavin Newsom, has been informed and the State is coordinating with local authorities, according to the governor’s office.
